It will help if Emacs org-mode (which exports to HTML and
LaTeX (PDF) ) and reStructuredText:
http://docutils.sourceforge.net/rst.html (and the apparently popular
Sphinx: http://sphinx.pocoo.org/rest.html) are also included in the
comparison.

It will help if  Emacs org-mode (which exports to HTML and
http://docutils.sourceforge.net/rst.html  (and the apparently popular
Sphinx:  http://sphinx.pocoo.org/rest.html) are also included in the
comparison.
Docutils (the main reST implementation), is in the comparaison.
Org-mode is based on Emacs, an Operating System I don't use ^^.
